Cancellation Policy & Late Fees
- A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations on or before February 10, 2012.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 10, 2012.
- Any changes and cancellations after February 10, 2012 to your original registration must be in writing and submitted to: NIOP 750 National Press Building, 529 14th Street, NW Washington, D.C. 20045 or by e-mail at niop@kellencompany.com
