Deep Sea Sport Fishing

The Gulfstream runs just offshore from South Florida, creating one of the world's greatest sport fishing locations.  Fishers will have sport fishing boats fully outfitted with tournament quality tackle, fighting chairs and live bait. Boats are captained by an experienced professional who knows these waters and those special spots most productive for salt water game fishing. Depending upon the season, sailfish, dolphin, wahoo and kings are plentiful in the warm waters and offshore reefs located just off Florida's Gold Coast.

Everglades Airboat Adventure
Wednesday, March 12, 2008
9:00 am to 5:00 pm

No trip to South Florida would be complete without visiting a portion of the 800 square miles of unspoiled wilderness known as the Everglades. This fresh water "river of grass" provides habitat and protection for endangered and threatened species such as the American alligator and a variety of birds and fish.

Exploration begins with a 60-minute ride on a state-of-the-art airboat.  Each airboat is covered to protect  guests from the harsh sun and possible rain.  During the ride, the guide will stop occasionally to speak about the ecological system of the Everglades, answer questions and point out some of the indigenous plant and animal life.

Following the ride, guests will be guided to the Alligator Show and animal exhibit area. Here they will enjoy an educational show that demonstrates the awesome power and voracity of these primitive reptiles.
